Lisa James, CMA, is a partner at Pinnacle Project Management, a multi-disciplinary team of professionals specializing in project management, data integration and training. She holds an MBA from Dalhousie University, specializing in Finance and Information Technology.
Lisa practiced accounting in the public sector for ten years before becoming a consultant. She has managed diverse projects, including ERP implementation, finance transformation, retail category management, and customer billing system conversions, to name a few. Lisa has worked with clients in the public sector, telecommunications, retail, financial services and process manufacturing industries. Lisa believes that successful project management for today's organizations depends on consistently applied methodology, tools and techniques, combined with a practical, business-oriented approach.
