He provides project management, implementation and consulting services expertise to clients in industries as diverse as telecommunications, manufacturing, software development, real estate, utilities, and professional services.
Over the past 9 years Mark has focused his efforts on national clients based primarily on the East Coast. Recent successes have included management of several long term (greater than 1 year), multi departmental projects, with internal staffing of up to 80 resources per project. These initiatives have ranged from System Implementation and Conversion, to national product launch management - each reporting to Senior Executive. Experience has shown that the more demanding the project, the more Mark thrives.
